NCC lives and breathes process control, both in our technical processes and the way we run the business. Quality permeates everything we do – from the top down and the bottom up. All of our employees have been trained in Six Sigma processes and process data is reviewed by top management weekly.
We understand that process repeatability is the key to process control and improvement. That’s why we have an in-house video producer and a library of training videos filmed at NCC by NCC for NCC. If it affects quality or safety, we have a video that shows the details of how to do it right; whether it’s machine set-up, running the product or routine preventive maintenance – it’s done the same way every time by everybody – properly and safely.
